Oana Ionel (29 maggio 1984 – 28 maggio 2023) è stata un’artista visiva e curatrice indipendente che ha vissuto e lavorato a Bucarest fino alla sua morte prematura in un tragico incidente stradale. Si è laureata all’Università Nazionale di Belle Arti” (Bucarest). Dal 2018 ha conseguito il dottorato di ricerca in Arti visive e si è nel frattempo laureata presso la Facoltà di Psicologia dell’Università di Bucarest. Tra il 2009 e il 2010 ha studiato all’“Ecole Supérieure d’art” (Grenoble, Francia).
